A real estate agency Montebook is looking for an agent to conduct property viewings, support clients throughout the purchase process and guide each transaction through to the signing of the sale and purchase agreement.
Responsibilities:
• Receive clients from the lead manager and conduct property viewings
• Advise clients on the property market, available options, purchase terms and legal aspects
• Support clients from the first viewing to the final transaction: negotiations, handling objections, agreeing on terms
• Assist with transaction preparation: documents, communication with the lawyer and notary
• Expand the database of resale properties and new developments
• Maintain CRM records: log each stage of client communication, update statuses and property data
Requirements:
• Russian, English and Serbian language skills
• Experience in real estate sales
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections
• Confident use of a computer, CRM systems and online tools
• Own car
• Responsibility, initiative and a results-oriented approach
Conditions:
• Salary based on interview results + commission from completed transactions
• No upper limit on earnings
